Southgate Coins added a Bargain Bin area to its fully-stocked Web site in March 2011. Visitors to this new section will find some of the more inexpensive items in Southgate’s inventory, mostly coins in Circulated condition.
The company, which specializes in Carson City coins, will include some “CC” coins in its Bargain Bin section. While veteran collectors might find items of interest among the low-priced offerings in this section, Southgate’s owners hope it appeals more to beginners and those visitors on shoestring budgets. Nevertheless, the Bargain Bin section is open to everyone.
